For over 20 years Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics & Fitness has been able to serve many young athletes at all levels of physical abilities in Detroit Lakes and the surrounding areas. Your support and belief in our cause keeps us going strong. MFGF has been a huge part of my life for pretty much my entire life. If you know me, you know that I never stop moving and to have a safe place to educate me, guide me, and push me to be my best is so amazing!
